Terms of Service

Standard Operating Conditions · City of Port Phillip Municipality

1. Service Quotations & Booking Confirmation

Telephone and online website estimates are provided based on the room quantities and dimensions communicated by the client. An on-site visual check is performed prior to work commencement to confirm fibre type, staining severity, and final agreed quote.

2. Power, Water & Site Access

To complete cleaning services efficiently, the client agrees to ensure:

  • Functional 240V electricity is accessible on site.
  • A running domestic or commercial water tap is available.
  • For multi-storey apartments and high-rises, service lift access or building entry arrangements are made with building management.
  • Breakable, valuable, and fragile tabletop items are relocated prior to technician arrival.

3. Pre-Existing Conditions & Permanent Staining

While our field technicians employ modern extraction methods and balanced fabric-safe solutions, some stains may have caused permanent fibre dye damage prior to our arrival (such as bleach burns, long-set synthetic dyes, or pet urine acids that have altered carpet dyes). The technician will identify these conditions during pre-cleaning inspection.

4. Post-Cleaning Drying Period

Steam cleaning dries steadily with natural airflow depending on ambient temperature and ventilation. We recommend leaving windows ajar where weather permits and avoiding outdoor footwear on freshly cleaned areas during drying.

5. Payment & Documentation

Payment is due upon completion of the service on the day of attendance. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and direct electronic bank transfer. A formal tax handover clean is issued immediately, suitable for end of lease property management verification.

6. Cancellation Notice

We appreciate timely notice for booking changes or cancellations to allow re-allocation of mobile vans across the Port Phillip municipality.
